Job Purpose
As a Call Centre Agent, you will handle face-to-face, telephonic, and email interactions with customers regarding all City of Tshwane services. Your primary role will be to assist residents with queries, complaints, and service requests while ensuring top-quality customer service.
Minimum Requirements to Apply
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Work Experience
- At least two years of experience in customer care and call centre operations
- Experience in call centre technological systems
- Knowledge of City of Tshwane operations, billing processes, and Batho Pele principles
Additional Requirements
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP CIC and CRM is an added advantage
- Willingness to work at any customer care centre (walk-in or call centre) based on operational needs
- Must undergo a criminal record check and provide fingerprints via TMPD (at own cost)
