  4. Multi-functional Training Administrative Duties:

    • You will work with Sasol’s SAP Learning Solutions (LSO) and T@W LMS platforms to administer learning activities in line with Energy Business IM and HR standards.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Part of your role will involve reporting on training progress and conducting learning analytics to provide insights into training effectiveness.
