As a Customer Relations Officer, you will report directly to the Supervisor of the Information Help Desk. Qualifications and Skills Required

- Minimum Qualification: A National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 6 in Customer Relations/Service, Frontline, Marketing, Business, or Data Analysis, Tourism, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in serving customers, with a strong focus on customer service.
