As the Supply Chain Administrator, the individual will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Sourcing & Supply Chain team. The primary duties will included

1. Administration Support

The administrator will assist the Responsible Sourcing team with various administrative functions. This includes organizing and filing audits and other supplier-related documents. The candidate will also be responsible for managing information received from suppliers, ensuring that records are accurately filed and easily accessible. A significant part of this task will involve using Opus, an internal application, where the individual will be expected to input data, update internal reports, and maintain the filing system. Proper training will be provided for using Opus.

2. Correspondence and Coordination

Another key responsibility of this role involves communication with suppliers. The Supply Chain Administrator will need to request audits from suppliers, follow up on pending audits, and work closely with suppliers to provide any additional information required to resolve non-compliance issues found in audits. Ensuring that audits are completed and non-compliance issues are addressed promptly is a critical part of maintaining social compliance standards and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

3. Meeting and Reporting

The administrator will also be tasked with coordinating weekly meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that all necessary reports are updated regularly. These meetings help the team track progress on social compliance and identify any issues or concerns related to suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience
