POST 23/09: Branch Coordinator – Administration Branch

Purpose: Provide high-level admin, strategic and secretariat support to the DDG of Administration.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 in Public Admin / Business Management or related
- 5 years’ experience in office/project administration or executive support
- 3 years at supervisory / Assistant Director level in corporate management
Key Skills:
- Coordination, secretarial support, stakeholder management
- Understanding of PFMA, Public Service Act/Regulations
- Records and document management, business reporting
- Strong MS Office skills
Duties include:
- Collate and submit strategic plans, performance reports
- Respond to audit queries

- Business reporting, planning, coordination

Duties include:
- Align branch work with ICT sector strategy
- Provide project and admin support
- Ensure portfolio of evidence and documents are stored digitally
- Coordinate ICT-related audits, parliamentary responses, and stakeholder engagement

- Qualification: NQF Level 6 in HRM / HRD or relevant field
- Experience: 3 years in HRD; 2 years in supervisory/management
