Minimum Requirements:
- A three-year recognized qualification (Degree/National Diploma or equivalent with at least 360 credits, NQF Level 6) in Finance.
- Option 1: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits, including 12 months of supervisory experience.
- Option 2: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits (supervisory experience not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and knowledge of CIVPEN, Workflow, and Portal systems.
- Sound knowledge of Employee Benefits, GEP Law, GEPF legislation and products, and relevant Public Service regulations.

- Supervise distribution, tracking, and quality control of claims, letters, and tax directive queries.
- Ensure effective management of claims over 60 days, including productivity and error tracking.
- Handle system escalations and maintain accurate records.
- Provide leadership, allocate tasks, manage performance, train, and develop staff.
- Ensure compliance with operational targets and performance plans.
