POST 23/09: Branch Coordinator – Administration Branch

Purpose: Provide high-level admin, strategic and secretariat support to the DDG of Administration.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 in Public Admin / Business Management or related
  • 5 years’ experience in office/project administration or executive support
  • 3 years at supervisory / Assistant Director level in corporate management

Key Skills:

  • Coordination, secretarial support, stakeholder management
  • Understanding of PFMA, Public Service Act/Regulations

Duties include:

  • ICT sector awareness
