Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for Provincial Housing Funds (Conditional Grant) management
- Verify budget alignment with approved business plans and track project payments
- Identify and report on non-moving projects and fund shifts
- Prepare and authorize journals on BAS; distribute monthly reports to programs
- Complete DORA reporting templates and submit to Treasury within deadlines
- Coordinate housing project payments, ensuring compliance with PFMA and Treasury regulations

- Monitor and report on Trust Accounts, including reconciliation and correspondence follow-up
- Manage staff performance, training, and resources within the unit
