SALARY: R1 216 824 per annum (Level 14), an all-inclusive remuneration package.
The package includes:
- Basic salary (70% of total remuneration)
- State contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund (13% of basic salary)
- A flexible portion which may be structured according to personal needs within the relevant framework.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A Senior Certificate
- An appropriate B-Degree in:
- Human Resource Development /
- Human Resource Management /
- Public Administration / Management or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 7
- A minimum of:
- 5 years’ experience at a middle or senior management level
- 8 years’ appropriate experience in the Human Resource field

DUTIES:
- Manage and undertake the development of prescripts, norms, standards, directives, circulars, frameworks, and guidelines for human resources development, and provide implementation support to departments.
- Provide technical advice and support the implementation of capacity building.
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of training programmes with relevant training institutions.
- Manage monitoring and evaluation of compliance and impact assessments of HRD prescripts.
- Oversee the operations, systems, and processes of the Directorate.
