Requirements:
- Qualifications: LLB Degree or recognized 4-year legal qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification litigation or legal advisory experience.
- Professional Admission: Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
- Additional Advantage: A postgraduate legal qualification.
- Knowledge Areas:
- Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, and the Constitution of South Africa.
- Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and Treasury Regulations.
