GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) invites applications from unemployed South African university graduates who have not yet gained work experience related to their qualifications.
Important Information:
- Eligibility:
- Applicants must be South African youth aged 18–35 years as of the start date of the placement.
- An affidavit confirming non-participation in a similar internship programme is required.
- Application Process:
- Submit applications to the provincial office corresponding to your place of residence.
- Applications must include:
- A completed Z83 form (available from any Public Service Department or at www.gov.za/documents). Ensure that all sections (A, B, C, and D) are fully completed, signed, and initialed. Sections E, F, and G are optional if a detailed CV is attached.
- A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Copies of qualifications and other documents are not required at the application stage but will be required from shortlisted candidates.
- Applications submitted using the old Z83 form will not be considered.
- Foreign Qualifications:
- If applicable, foreign qualifications must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) at the time of shortlisting.
